This is more of a journal than book but I liked it! Some pages were better than others。 I loved that each page was different。 I loved that mindfulness was of importance。 It really helped me to slow down and just sit and think and reflect。 I absolutely loved where I at to color! This journal did its purpose。 I slowed down, I let go and I love who I am!

Similar to Start Where You Are, this is a journal to help you slow down, let go, and love yourself more as who you are。 Present, Not Perfect is even better as it incorporates a lot more multi-sensory (vision, touch, olfactory, movement, etc) meditation practices to enable you to be more mindful in daily life。
